When Healing Becomes Confusion

There is a subtle moment
when healing stops being truth…
and starts becoming performance.
A space where words sound deep,
music feels sacred,
and people begin to believe
they are part of something greater than themselves.
And yet…
something essential is quietly being lost.
We are not meant to escape life
in order to heal.
We are meant to return to it.
Many group ceremonies and therapies,
intentionally or not,
can disconnect people from what is real.
From the body.
From simplicity.
From the intelligence that already exists within.
Instead, they create dependency on the space,
on the facilitator,
on the feeling of belonging to something “special.”
But truth does not need a stage.
Life is not complex.
It is built on four elements.
Earth.
Air.
Fire.
Water.
And water…
is not a concept.
It is what we are.
To lie in water
is not to escape.
It is to remember.
That the body does not need to be convinced.
It needs to be felt.
That healing is not something given to you.
It is something that reorganizes itself
when you stop interfering.
Be attentive.
Not every soft voice is wisdom.
Not every ritual is truth.
Not every collective experience is healing.
Sometimes,
it is just a beautifully wrapped distraction.
Come back to what is simple.
To breath.
To body.
To water.
To life.
