Returning to what is Real

There comes a moment

after the noise,

after the search,

after the need to belong…

when something in you

simply stops.

Not because you found answers.

But because you no longer need them.

The body settles.

The breath becomes natural again.

The mind quiets

without effort.

Nothing is guiding you.

Nothing is holding you.

Nothing is telling you who you are.

And for the first time,

that feels stable.

Because what is real

does not need reinforcement.

It does not depend on a space,

a voice,

or a collective experience.

Life has always been simple.

Earth.

Air.

Fire.

Water.

And water…

does not promise healing.

It reflects you.

In that reflection,

there is no performance.

No belonging to something greater.

No identity to hold.

Only sensation.

Only presence.

Only truth.

Real work is quiet.

It does not pull you away from life.

It brings you back into it.

Back to your body.

Back to your perception.

Back to your own rhythm.

Not to something bigger.

But to something

more real.
