There are periods in life that quietly transform the way we understand the human body. Moments where pain is no longer experienced only as something physical, but as something that changes breathing, posture, energy, emotion, and the way a person exists within themselves. Sometimes our body continues carrying tension long after life appears to move forward. Exhaustion becomes chronic not because the body is weak, but because the nervous system has remained in survival for too long.
COOL was born from this understanding: that the body remembers, adapts, protects, survives, and communicates far beyond symptoms alone. Healing, then... cannot be approached through force alone. It requires observation, professionalism, sensitivity, and respect for the individuality of every human being.

Osteopathy • Regulation • Trauma
Osteopathy became one of the core foundations shaping the relationship between body, regulation, movement, and healing.
During the earliest stages of the studio’s development, Dr. Emiliano Giampa was involved in the educational and clinical formation of Osteopathy during COOL’s early evolution, including intensive practical training and professional supervision.
As COOL continued to evolve, the studio gradually became not only a therapeutic space, but also part of the professional formation of future Osteopaths throughout the region. Through clinical observation, practical training, educational collaborations and continuous learning processes, COOL remains actively involved in guiding future practitioners toward a deeper understanding of the body, manual therapy and the clinical philosophy behind Osteopathic care. This philosophy remains grounded in professionalism, clinical understanding, critical thinking, sensitivity and deep respect for the complexity and individuality of every human body.
At COOL, the body is not understood as separate structures or disconnected symptoms, but as an interconnected and intelligent system where structure, movement, fascia, breath, visceral function, nervous system regulation, emotion, adaptation and memory constantly shape one another.
Yoga • Breath • Meditation
Osteopathy • Regulation • Trauma Release
YOGA entered the philosophy of COOL first through personal experience, long before it became part of a professional path. What initially began as a search for balance, gradually evolved into a deeper understanding of the relationship between breath, movement, emotion, and human resilience.
Over the years, this path continued through the study and practice of Yoga, conscious breathing, meditation, mindful movement, and nervous system regulation, eventually leading to professional formation as a certified Yoga Alliance teacher.
Further exploration into breathwork through the teachings of Dan Brulé, together with direct experiences with the breathing and cold exposure methods developed by Wim Hof, expanded this understanding even further, revealing how profoundly breath can influence emotional states, stress adaptation, energy, inner regulation, and presence.
At COOL, Yoga is not approached as performance alone, but as a practice of awareness, regulation and reconnection. A way of reconnecting breath with the body, movement with presence and the nervous system with a deeper sense of balance and safety. In the end, meditation becomes less about silence itself and more about finally feeling at home within the body again.
Where the body begins to speak
At COOL, Osteopathy is approached as a dialogue between fascia, breath, the nervous system and emotional memory. Rather than chasing symptoms, we explore the deeper patterns that shape pain, tension and imbalance, creating space for the body to regulate, restore and reconnect with itself.
Pelvic floor
Hormonal balance • Sexual wellbeing • Functional support
The pelvic floor interacts directly with pelvic organs, circulation, and hormonal regulation. Treatment addresses muscular and fascial integrity, supports organ positioning and mobility, and improves coordination within this integrated system.
Chronic Pain
Neck • Shoulders • Headaches • Posture
Chronic pain often reflects dysfunction across the musculoskeletal system, but can also be influenced by visceral restrictions and fascial continuity. Through Osteopathic assessment, we restore joint mobility, release soft tissue tension, and address underlying mechanical and visceral contributors to pain.
Metabolic function
Breathing • Digestion • Fatigue
Metabolic function is strongly influenced by diaphragm mechanics and the mobility of internal organs. Osteopathic techniques improve respiratory efficiency, stimulate circulation, and restore visceral motility, supporting digestion, energy levels, and systemic balance.
Trauma Release
Anxiety • Panic • Nervous tension • Mental overload
Stress-related conditions are closely linked to autonomic nervous system dysregulation and visceral reactivity. Treatment supports nervous balance while releasing tension patterns held within both tissues and internal organs, facilitating a return to physiological regulation.
TMJ Dysfunction
Jaw tension • Clicking • Headaches
TMJ dysfunction is often connected to chronic muscular tension, postural imbalance, restricted breathing patterns and nervous system overload. Osteopathic treatment supports jaw mobility, muscular release and functional balance throughout the cranial, cervical and fascial system.
Cranial Balance
Head pressure • Nervous system • Deep relaxation
Cranial osteopathy works through gentle techniques that support the mobility of cranial structures, nervous system and fluid circulation. It aims to reduce internal tension patterns while restoring balance between body, breath and neurological function.
gROUP cLASSES
At COOL, group classes are designed as spaces where movement, breath and awareness reconnect the body with balance. Through mindful guidance and therapeutic movement, we support mobility, nervous system regulation and a deeper sense of wellbeing within a calm and conscious environment.
YOGA class
A breath-based practice integrating mobility, flexibility, and neuromuscular coordination. Each movement is guided by controlled breathing, improving joint range, postural awareness, and functional stability.
Mindful Yoga
A restorative, breath-led practice combining gentle movement and mindful awareness. Designed to regulate the nervous system, release physical and emotional tension, and adapt safely to individual needs.
Pilates Mat
A precise mat-based method focused on core stability, spinal alignment, and muscular control. Through controlled, targeted exercises, it strengthens deep stabilizing muscles, enhances posture, and improves movement efficiency.
Therapy Yoga
At COOL, Therapy Yoga is not approached as performance, flexibility or aesthetic movement. It is designed as a therapeutic dialogue between breath, fascia, the nervous system and emotional regulation. Through conscious movement, guided breathing and mindful presence, the practice supports:mobility, postural balance, nervous system regulation and a deeper reconnection with the body. Each session creates space for release, awareness and restoration within a calm and supportive environment.
Not every space that speaks about healing is truly therapeutic. In a time where emotional release is often confused with intensity and performance, COOL approaches Therapy Yoga through professional guidance, nervous system awareness and respect for individual boundaries. The practice is designed to support regulation, not overwhelm. Because not every method, environment or emotional exposure is what the body truly needs to heal safely, consciously and sustainably.
